3.1 Site visitation tracking

Like most websites, this site uses Google Analytics (GA) to track user interaction. We use these data to determine the number of people using our site, to understand better how they find and use our web pages, and to see their journey through the website.

3.2 Contacting us via the website

When you choose to leave messages via our website using the contact us form, the data you supply is  passed immediately to Up and Under office staff, who act on the content appropriately. The data will include whatever you provide in your message and relevant fields such as name, email address and phone number only if you provide them. Your IP address, device type and web browser type are logged to aid processing. Data are stored for the duration of processing your enquiry or up to 30 days. Subsequent correspondence by phone or email will relate to your initial enquiry. Your email does not automatically enter a marketing email or customer relationship management system unless you are given the option to opt in to these at the time of submitting your enquiry.
