At Promediation we specialise in dispute resolution using mediation. Our mediators are qualified mediators with a range of appropriate professional and life experience. You can be confident that we will provide you with the best chance of satisfactorily resolving your dispute.
Workplace Mediation
We are able to provide mediators to meet the recomendations of 'The Acas statutory Code of Practice on discipline and grievance' issued in April 2009. In this document, which is written to assist employers in meeting new employment laws, it states that:
"Employers and employees should always seek to resolve disciplinary and grievance issues in the workplace. Where this is not possible employers and employees should consider using an independent third party to help resolve the problem. The third party need not come from outside the organisation but could be an internal mediator, so long as they are not involved in the disciplinary or grievance issue. In some cases, an external mediator might be appropriate."
We offer two services:
A retained service where you pay an annual fee and a reduced hourly rate plus have access to telephone advice regarding appropriate mediation services.
Full fee service where you pay an agreed hourly rate for provision of mediation services.

Commercial Mediation
Contract disputes, disagreements between partners in business or resolving arguments with suppliers, mediation can provide a means of reaching an agreement without disaterous effects on your business, its relationships, reputation and balance sheet. Going to court is expensive, public and potentially highly damaging - try mediation first -as many as 90% of all disputes resolve either during or soon after the first mediation meeting.
