Building Managers are beset with problems, leaks, spalling concrete, degraded sealants, slip brick problems and that is without even mentioning mosaic tiles. Regular Inspection by qualified and experienced personnel can prevent nasty surprises from cropping up and allow a structured approach to be taken to maintenance.
We are access specialists so we are perfectly placed to assess your access needs. We can determine your requirements to allow compliance with the ‘Work at Height Regs.’ and have the latest computer based design software for fall arrest systems.
We have a range of access methods available to our engineers including powered access, rope access and confined spaces working. All staff are qualified to nationally recognised standards so we have your building covered, safely.
How is your building constructed, do you know? We are able to undertake a range of operations that will provide building owners or designers with construction information, these include:
- Determination of bar sizes and patterns
- Determination of reinforcement type and strength
- Strength testing of building materials from samples, includes concrete, stone and brick.
- Brick tie surveys
- Cavity examination by endoscope, with video if required
- Delamination surveys
- Component inspections including drainage, windows, lightening conductors, security, etc.
