Happy 23rd Birthday
Up and Under celebrated its 23rd birthday in style with a party at the company HQ last Friday. The stores had a serious makeover into what the band described as “one of the best venues” they’d played.
In between band sets party goers entertained themselves with scalextric and wii competitions and a couple of drinks at the bar.
Andy Birchall was presented with his well deserved award for Employee of the Year 2009.
In 1987 the company offered specialist access inspection services, in the intervening years a range of additional services have been added including contracting, traing, safety consultancy and mediation.
In 1987 turnover was £3400, in 2010 it is expected to be in excess of £1.5Million.
